Shasha Geng

Shasha Geng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy at Prosper Marketplace since July 2019, Shasha previously held the position of Independent Consultant from June 2018 to June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Strategic Initiatives at MPOWER Financing, Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, and multiple roles at Wells Fargo Bank, including VP of Home Equity and AVP of Consumer Small Business. Shasha began a career at JPMorgan Chase as a Risk Management Analyst for Credit Cards. Shasha holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a BA in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from Swarthmore College.
