Currently serving as AVP of Business Systems at Prospera Credit Union, Shonna oversees strategic data initiatives and imaging strategies. With experience in deposit operations and internal operations, Shonna has effectively managed teams and implemented key organizational goals. Additionally, Shonna has previous experience in sales leadership, retail management, and program management roles. Shonna holds a Bachelor of Arts & Fine Arts degree from Alfred University.
