Tom Provost

Tom Provost is an experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in distribution and fulfillment services, currently serving as Vice President of Distribution/Fulfillment Services at The TJX Companies, Inc. since November 2000. In this role, Tom oversees TJX Digital E-commerce and the Sierra Distribution and Fulfillment facilities, ensuring efficient operations that support a vast network of stores. Previous positions include AVPD/General Manager, where responsibilities included managing multi-shift operations and capital improvement planning, as well as Assistant General Manager, focusing on production, expense control, and employee development. Prior experience includes roles at Staples as an Inventory Control Supervisor, where Tom enhanced merchandise return procedures, and at General Photonics as a Shipping/Quality Assurance Technologist, implementing compliance measures for shipments. Tom holds a B.S. in Business Management/Law from Bryant University and an A.S. in Business Administration from CT State Quinebaug Valley.
