Ayelet Knoll

Ayelet Knoll has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ayelet started their career as a Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in 2012. Ayelet then worked as an Occupational Diagnostics professional at Adam Milo from December 2013 to August 2014. Ayelet then joined Marvell Israel Ltd. as an HR Partner & Recruiter from July 2014 to June 2015. Ayelet also served as an HR Coordinator, managing the HR Center and handling full recruiting processes.

In 2015, Ayelet joined Yotpo as an HR & Talent Acquisition professional and worked there until May 2016. Following that, they joined Prospera Technologies as an HR Manager, where they contributed to the company's transformation of farm production through agronomy, computer vision, and machine learning. Ayelet's role in Prospera expanded, and they became an HR Director in January 2019 and later became the VP of HR & Culture in July 2021.

It is noteworthy that Prospera was acquired by Valmont in 2021.

Ayelet Knoll earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology & Anthropology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Ayelet furthered their education at Reichman University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from 2013 to 2015.
