Tania Delavita Malik

Tania Delavita Malik is an experienced Adviser and Research Analyst at Prospera since January 2021, recognized as a top 2% performer and receiving a performance award from the Senior Leadership Team for outstanding achievements. Prior to this, Tania served as a Visiting Researcher at Forbil Institute, where significant contributions included developing a digital learning course for Indonesian students in collaboration with various ministries and leading a team to create course syllabi. Tania has also worked in government roles, focusing on technological innovation and value chain management within state-owned enterprises. With a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Tania's expertise spans research, education, and public policy.
