Gene Phillips

Gene Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal consulting and finance. As the CEO of PF2 Securities since March 2008, Gene has specialized in assisting legal teams with expert vetting and preparation for large-scale commercial litigation cases involving financial disputes. In addition to leading PF2, Gene serves as Principal Consultant at both Lexangle and Prosperant LLP, providing strategic consulting services to law firms and legal services. Previously, Gene held advisory roles at Validity Finance, LLC, and held positions at Citi and Moody's Corporation, focusing on valuations and financial analysis. Gene's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics of Finance and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
