Daniel McDonough

Daniel McDonough has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Prosperity Behavioral Health since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Technology, Data & Quality from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Prosperity Behavioral Health, Daniel worked at Capital One for several years. Daniel'sroles at Capital One included Director, Predictive Analytics from June 2021 to June 2022, Director, Product Management from January 2020 to June 2021, Director, Data Strategy & Engineering from April 2019 to January 2020, and Sr. Manager/Director, Data Analysis from January 2016 to March 2019. Daniel also worked as a Sr. Data Architect, Credit Risk from March 2014 to December 2015.

Daniel's earlier experience includes working as a Data Management Consultant at CapTech Ventures, Inc from May 2011 to February 2014. Daniel also served as the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead at Builders FirstSource/Probuild from April 2010 to May 2011, where they led a team responsible for financial reporting and analysis.

Daniel has also held roles at SGL Carbon, where they worked as a Corporate Controller from April 2009 to April 2010 and as a Six Sigma Black Belt - Finance from June 2008 to April 2010. Daniel started their career at CarMax, where they served as a Lean Project Manager from September 2005 to March 2008, Financial & Budgeting Analyst from February 2002 to September 2005, and Accounts Payable Supervisor from January 2001 to February 2002.

Daniel McDonough completed their MBA, specializing in Business Administration, from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Maine with a minor in Finance, graduating in 2000. In 2008, Daniel pursued a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt at The University of Texas at Arlington.
