Brian Howell - Ms

Brian Howell, MS, MPH, currently serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, focusing on courses related to nutrition policy, sustainable food systems, and food supply chain management. In addition to this role, Brian has acted as an International Business Development Consultant for Prosperity Catalyst, Inc. since 2014, providing expertise in nutrition, agriculture, and public health, along with developing training programs for women in Haiti. Previously, Brian held the position of Business Affairs Associate with the Oneida Indian Nation, managing enterprise projects across various industries, and founded The Bee Man Candle Company at age 12, growing it into a national brand. Earlier experience includes roles as a high school teacher and as an apiary inspector for the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets. Brian holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Policy and Programs from Tufts University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Cornell University.
