Doug Martin

Doug Martin is a seasoned mortgage consultant with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving at Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC since January 2023, Doug specializes in residential and refinance loans, providing a diverse array of mortgage products such as fixed and adjustable rate mortgages, jumbo loans, FHA, VA loans, and renovation financing. Prior to this role, Doug has been with DFW Texas Mortgage since July 2002, continuing the same focus on mortgage banking. Doug's career in the industry began at Northstar Mortgage, where employment lasted from July 1988 to June 2002, holding the position of loan officer. Doug is an alumnus of Miami Dade College.
