Laura Kane

Laura Kane has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Laura is currently the Head of Human Capital at Prosperity Life, where they oversee capital and risk management solutions for reinsurance clients and financial security products for consumers. Prior to that, they worked as Head of Talent Management at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Head of Executive Development at BNY Mellon, Director of Organizational Development at Barclays, and held multiple concurrent HR roles at HSBC Securities. Laura'sexperience spans from 2007 to the present.

Laura Kane holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and History from Villanova University. Laura also possesses an Executive Education Certificate in Principles & Practices in Organizational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an Executive Education Certificate in "Essentials of Management" from The Wharton School.
