Jessica Debrah

Jessica Debrah is a skilled program manager with extensive experience in racial wealth equity and strategic advancement, currently serving at Prosperity Now since December 2022. Previous roles include program officer at the Victoria Foundation, where Jessica co-designed an organizational strategy and managed significant grants, and involvement with Justice Funders as a Harmony Initiative Fellow focusing on alternative economic systems. Jessica's background includes diverse internships at Audible, Inc., The Laurel Foundation, and Kampala International Theater Festival, alongside notable leadership in co-founding the Sankofa Festival at Pomona College. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College and a certification in Project Management from Cornell University.
