Olivia Harp

Olivia Harp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and youth development. Currently serving as Program Manager for Network Building at Prosperity Now since October 2021, Olivia previously held the position of Program Associate for Leadership Development and Training at the University of the District of Columbia, focusing on the Center for 4-H and Youth Development. Additional roles include Training-Youth Development Program Associate and Fellow at The Young Women's Project, SAT Prep Teacher at Bell Curves, and Lead Tier Coordinator and Research Assistant at Winston-Salem State University. Olivia's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, along with a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from Howard University, and a Master of Science in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University.
