Claire Finneran has extensive experience in education recruitment, currently serving as the National Head of SEN at Prospero Teaching since March 2015. Prior to this role, Claire worked as a Senior SEN Recruitment Specialist at Teaching Personnel from February 2009 to February 2015, contributing to the recruitment of educational staff for numerous schools. Earlier in Claire's career, a position as a Fashion Recruitment Specialist was held at Jivaro Recruitment from January 2008 to January 2009. Claire Finneran holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology and English from Liverpool John Moores University, completed from 2000 to 2003, and attended Knutsford High School from 1993 to 2000.
