Kate Marriott

Kate Marriott is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at Prospero Group since October 2020. Prior roles at Prospero Group include Training and Development Manager and Training and Development Coordinator. Kate's earlier experience includes working as an Outdoor Educator at Outdoor Owls for a brief period in 2020, and as a Holiday Club Manager at Energy Kidz Ltd in mid-2019. Kate also has a background in education, having taught geography at The Manor Academy from September 2017 to July 2019. Academic qualifications include a PGDE in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from the same institution.
