Lauren Thomas is a Senior Director Human Resources at Prospiant, leading a cross functional HR team supporting 300 employees across US and Canadian markets. With previous experience at companies such as Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Wireless Vision, Amazon, and manpower, Lauren has a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations. Lauren is also an Executive Board Member - Secretary at GREATER CINCINNATI HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATION. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
