Duarte Garin

Duarte Garin is the current CTO at Prosple. Duarte has also previously worked as Technical Director at GradAustralia and Digital Garden Sydney.

Garin has over 25 years of experience in scoping, designing system architecture, and overall technical strategy. Duarte is also highly involved in presales and overall business direction. Some of their key clients have included Medecins Sans Frontieres, Thomson Reuters, APRA, GPT Group, JANA, Mcdonald Jones Homes, and Doctors Health Fund.

Garin's experience and skills have helped him contribute to Prosple's success as a rapidly scaling startup. Prosple's mission is to help every student get the best possible start to their career. The company has made big steps since it launched in 2015, with a portfolio of careers publications distributed to over 100,000 students nationally and a new online platform to guide young people as they make their biggest decisions moving from education to employment.

Duarte Garin's educational career includes studying Informatics Engineering at the University of Lisbon, as well as Computer Science and Law at the Faculty of Law. Duarte also attended Escola Salesiana do Estoril.

Duarte Garin reports to Jeffrey Duncan, CEO & Head of Growth. Albino Cordova III - JavaScript Developer, Rem Lampa - JavaScript Engineer, and Christian Paul Añasco - Quality Assurance Engineer report to Duarte Garin. They work with Johnel Bacani - Data Team Lead, Ura Amir - Growth Team Leader, and Richard McKeon - Head of Product.
