Christi Doornink-Osborn has a broad range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Christi started their career at Toppenish Community Hospital in 1999 as an Intensive Care Licensed Practical Nurse and later worked as an ICU Charge Nurse and Director of ICU, Pediatrics, and Medical-Surgical. Christi also served as the Director of Risk Management and Infection Control and eventually became the ER Charge Nurse at the same hospital.
In 2014, they joined Prosser Memorial Health, where they held various leadership positions including Director of Family Birthplace, Director of Emergency Services, and Director of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Christi also took on the role of Interim Chief Nursing Officer and was responsible for medical staff recruitment.

Christi Doornink-Osborn completed their education at various institutions. In 2001-2002, they attended Yakima Valley College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at Western Governors University from 2018-2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Subsequently, in 2019-2020, Christi pursued further education at Western Governors University and successfully achieved a Master of Business Administration degree without a specified field of study.
