Merry Fuller

Chief Nursing Officer/chief Operating Officer at Prosser Memorial Health

Merry Fuller has a strong background in healthcare leadership. Merry began their career at Toppenish Community Hospital in 2005, where they held various roles including Director of the Family Maternity Center and Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Merry later became the Chief Nursing Officer at the same hospital before transitioning to the role of Director of Risk/HCO & Regulatory Affairs, Community Cares Champion. In 2017, Merry joined PMH Medical Center as the Chief Nursing Officer, and later also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Merry Fuller received their Associate of Technical Arts degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Tacoma Community College from 1984 to 1987. Merry then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Governors University from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from the same institution, completing it in 2019. In terms of certifications, Merry obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification from the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM) in September 2020. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives in August 2021.
