Previously, Krystal held multiple roles at Minol USA from June 2014 to August 2022, culminating as Associate Director of Strategic Multifamily Client Relations, where responsibilities included high-level account management and process optimization. Earlier in the career, Krystal worked as a Billing Analyst, providing detailed analysis and quality control of utility billing data. Krystal began the professional journey as an Office Administrator at Bent Tree Child Development Center, adeptly managing family tuition accounts and assisting non-English-speaking families. Education includes attendance at Collin College from 2015 to 2017.
