Helen Eugene

Helen Eugene, MA (Hons) currently serves as the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Prostate Cancer UK since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and School Governor at Longfield Academy, where expertise was focused on developing EDI practices and enhancing career development for students. Helen's career spans various organizations including UnLtd as Social Entrepreneur Support Manager and the Department for Education as Advisory Board and Secretariat Lead. Additional positions held include policy advisor roles at the Office for Artificial Intelligence, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and the Department for Exiting the European Union. In academia, Helen has presented research on race and representation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Education Studies, a Master of Arts in Social Justice and Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Research at King's College London.
