Sharon Pavitt

Sharon Pavitt is an experienced professional in people and culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Director at Prostate Cancer UK. Previously, Sharon held several significant roles at Openreach, including Head of Inclusion, Talent, Wellbeing and Leadership. At Nuffield Health, Sharon advanced through various leadership positions, ultimately becoming the Director of Leadership, Engagement, Inclusion and Learning. Additional roles at Nuffield Health included HR Director for Regional Operations and Director of Talent Development & Learning. Earlier, Sharon also served as Head of HR Consumer Fitness & Wellbeing at Nuffield Health, as well as Head of Leadership Development and Head of Leadership, Management and Talent Development at Marks and Spencer. Education includes a BSc Hons in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester and A Levels in Economics from KGV Sixth Form College.
