Patricia Peroulas

Patricia Peroulas is a seasoned real estate broker at ProStead Realty since 2019, specializing in property transactions in North and South Carolina, including client procurement and contract management. Additionally, Patricia operates as a freelance photographer, focusing primarily on real estate photography since 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a REALTOR®/Broker at Keller Williams Realty Ballantyne from 2012 to 2019, and as an Assistant General Manager at Showmars Restaurant from 1998 to 2017, where responsibilities included staff development and customer service. Patricia's career began in education, teaching Physical Education and Health from 1989 to 1998 while coaching various sports. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Elon College and has pursued further qualifications in real estate.
