Francis Xavier

Francis Xavier is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in IT and systems architecture, currently leading projects for Prosum Consulting focused on DIRECTV's broadcast systems engineering. Since June 2014, Francis has been instrumental in launching DIRECTV’s first Hadoop Ecosystem on Amazon Web Services, collaborating with various technology teams. Previous roles include PMO Lead at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory under a CSC contract, where Francis evolved from a Senior Technical Consultant to Project Manager, and Senior Technical Consultant for Custom Application Development and Oracle ERP implementation for CSC Consulting. Francis's early career features positions such as Project Technical Lead in Malaysia and Systems Engineer in India, supported by an MBA from the University of La Verne.
