Rick Tyner is an accomplished business development professional with over two decades of experience in the staffing industry. As a VP of Business Development at Prosum since May 2000, Rick played a vital role as one of the original founders of the Staffing Practice, consistently recognized as a top performer and exemplary customer service provider. Prior to this, Rick served as a Market Manager at Kforce, where rapid promotion followed a successful start as an IT Recruiter. Rick's career also includes experience as an Account Manager at On Assignment, where the establishment of the first two EnviroStaff offices in Southern California took place. Earlier in Rick's career, experience as an Engineer and Project Manager in an Environmental Engineering firm set a strong foundation. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Marine Biology from San Diego State University.
