Ryan Buterbaugh

Ryan Buterbaugh is the Venture Partner & Chief Risk Officer at Prota Ventures. Ryan has extensive experience in international portfolio management, technical leadership, client relationship management, product evangelism, and recruiting and vetting full-time employees. Ryan previously worked as a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks from October 2008 to January 2015, a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting LLP from July 2006 to October 2008, and a Web Application Developer at Northwestern University from September 2004 to June 2006.

Ryan Buterbaugh attended Northwestern University for both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and a Master of Science in Education and Social Policy.
