Will Little is the managing director at Prota Ventures. Will has also co-founded Code Fellows and Cortona Cafe.
Will has always been an entrepreneur at heart. In 2013, they co-founded Code Fellows, a school where people could level up their skills to gain employment. Will was fortunate to see dramatic life-change happen on a weekly basis, with people often doubling or tripling their previous salaries after an 8-week bootcamp.
In 2009, Will took on a new challenge and co-founded Cortona Cafe. The process of choosing a roaster/supplier, menu, distributor, serving beer/wine, etc... was an amazing learning experience for him. Will was able to use the cafe to host meetups and engage with tons of different groups. Will also started teaching software development out of the cafe.
In 2015, Cortona Cafe was donated to a local non-profit that provided job training skills to people in the neighborhood. Will's entrepreneurial journey has been an inspiring one, filled with challenges and rewards.
