Jason Halladay

Jason Halladay has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jason is currently working as the Vice President of DMPK (Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics) at Protagonist Therapeutics since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Plexxikon Inc., including Vice President of Nonclinical Development from April 2020 to April 2022, Senior Director of DMPK from October 2018 to April 2020, and Director of DMPK from an unspecified date in 2017 to October 2018. Before joining Plexxikon Inc., they worked as the Director of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics at Anacor Pharmaceuticals from October 2014 to April 2017. Jason also gained valuable experience at Genentech as a Senior Scientist of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics from an unspecified date in 2013 to 2014 and as a Scientist of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics from an unspecified date in 2003 to 2013. Prior to their time at Genentech, they worked as a Scientist of Pharmacology at Theravance in 2002. Jason started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Research Services, Inc. in 1995 and later worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Syntex Pharmaceuticals from 1994 to 1995.

Jason Halladay received their Master's degree from The University of Arizona from 1996 to 2002. Jason then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmacology and Toxicology, also at The University of Arizona, from 1999 to 2002.
