Yonatan Katzenelenbogen

Yonatan Katzenelenbogen is a Systems Biologist at Protai since May 2023, specializing in advanced proteomic technologies for drug discovery. Previously, from October 2021 to June 2023, Yonatan served as a PhD Research Fellow at the Azrieli Foundation while concurrently pursuing a PhD in Immuno-Genomics at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where research focused on tumor-resident immune cells. Prior to this, Yonatan worked under Prof. Ido Amit, characterizing myeloid suppressor cells during the Master of Science studies at the same institute. Before entering the scientific field, Yonatan held business analysis roles at Thoughts and LINX - Compete Better, and served as a Major in the Israeli Military Intelligence, leading intelligence teams and conducting strategic analysis. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, followed by Master's and Doctorate degrees in Immuno-Genomics from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
