Luke M Beshar

Luke M Beshar has held various executive and board positions with a variety of companies. Luke M began their career in 1996 as Senior Vice President and CFO at PNY Technologies. Luke M then moved to Expanets in 1998, where they held the role of Executive Vice President and CFO. In 2001, they became Executive Vice President, CFO, and Corporate Development at Cambrex. Luke M then moved to Dendrite International in 2002, where they held the role of Executive Vice President and CFO. In 2007, they became Executive Vice President and CFO at NPS Pharma. In 2014, they became an Independent Board Member, Chair of Comp Comm, Chair of Audit Comm at Trillium Therapeutics Inc. Luke M then moved to REGENXBIO Inc. in 2015, where they held the role of Independent Board member, Chair of Audit Comm. In 2021, they became an Independent Board Member, Chair of Audit Comm at Omega Therapeutics. In 2022, they became Chairperson of the Board at Inotrem. Luke M has also held the roles of Chairperson of the Board and Director and Independent Board Member, Chair of Board, Chair Nom & Gov at Protara Therapeutics.

Luke M Beshar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University between 1976 and 1980. In 1982, they obtained their CPA from New York State. In 1990, they attended the Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
