Madeline Boorigie, MS has extensive experience in clinical research. Madeline began their career in 2013 as an In-House Clinical Research Associate at PRA Health Sciences, where they were responsible for investigator recruitment activities, essential document collection, review, maintenance and close-out activities, and ensuring sponsor and investigator obligations were met and in compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP guidelines. In 2017, they joined Children's Mercy Hospital as a Research Assistant II - Division of Neurology, where they were responsible for promoting efficiency, organization, and direction for day-to-day research operations, supporting the initiation of new research projects, liaising with research partners and sites, recruiting, consenting, and enrolling research participants, and performing study visit procedures per the research protocol. Madeline was also a member of the Neuroscience Research Committee and the Research at Children's Mercy Month Planning Committee. In 2020, they presented Leadership: Change, Compassion, Connection as part of the Neurology Virtual Education Series. In 2022, they joined Protara Therapeutics as an Assistant Clinical Trial Manager, where they are responsible and accountable for the overall management/oversight of the trial and site eTMFs for all Protara programs on a pre-determined basis to ensure inspection readiness compliance.

Madeline Boorigie obtained their Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington University in 2021. Madeline also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Benedictine College, which they earned in 2013. In addition, they are a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) from SOCRA, which they obtained in February 2018.
