David Reed

David Reed is currently the Manager of Highway Design at Protean Design Group, where David has been working since October 2004. Prior to this, David worked as a Project Manager & Director of Highway Design at TEI (Transportation Engineering Inc.) from April 1995 to October 2004, and as a Project Engineer at Greiner Engineering from December 1989 to April 1995. David received their BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1989.
