Santiago Tobón Álvarez

Santiago Tobón Álvarez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Solutions Senior Analyst, Delivery Lead, and Scrum Master at PROTECCIÓN S.A. since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading projects to develop IT solutions and enhancing business processes for improved customer experiences.
