Scott has over 22 years of experience in driving high performance with operations, sales, and customer development teams within recruitment. He is highly experienced in successfully leading geographically diverse teams to deliver outcomes across strategy, growth, safety, business transformation, operational efficiency, and improvement.

Scott joined Protech in 2021 and is responsible for leading and managing the national mining team. In his role, Scott builds and develops recruitment and customer development teams to offer leading workforce solutions that deliver quality people, every time.
