Bryan Derbyshire

Bryan Derbyshire has over 15 years of experience in the fintech and insurtech industries. In 2016, they founded Protecht, a company that offers an award-winning transactional framework with a proven distribution model. Bryan also founded TicketGuardian and FanShield, both Protecht companies, which are disrupting the live events industry. In 2015, they founded ShopGuarantee, a company that provides 100% coverage and satisfaction on every product or service purchased. That same year, they were appointed Chief Sales Officer of Chargebacks911, a Risk Management company focusing on CNP & eComm merchants. In 2013, they became Vice President National Sales at Worldpay, a company focused on bridging the gap between technology and clean API's. In 2012, they were appointed Director Partner Growth Channel at PaySimple, where they increased sales by 550%. From 2007 to 2009, they held various roles at Wells Fargo, including AVP Business Sales Consultant 2/Team Lead and AVP Store Manager/Regional Small Business Liaison. In 2005, they worked as a Small Business Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank. In 2019, ShopGuarantee was acquired.

Bryan Derbyshire completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2006, having started their studies there in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Northern Arizona University from 1999 to 2003.
