Eric Morales has accumulated extensive experience in plant management across various industries, primarily in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Protect-all, Inc. since October 2018, Eric has previously held similar positions at DS Smith and Protect-all, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, as well as at Dober Chemical. Eric's career also includes a significant role as Senior Project Manager at Transilwrap Company, Inc., where Lean Concepts were implemented across manufacturing facilities. Eric directed operations at Transilwrap for nearly two decades, overseeing a lamination division with significant workforce and facility management. Early in Eric's career, responsibilities included managing a Northlake facility with considerable sales volume.
