Andrii Skomorokhov

Andrii Skomorokhov has over 12 years of work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Web Developer at Frontier Web Development. In 2008, they became a Software Engineer at SoftServe, and in 2010 they worked as a Senior Python Software Engineer at Lohika and a Web Developer at ReelRoles. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Freelance Foreign Policy Analyst, and from 2015 to 2021 they were a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Percona, where they developed Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM), implemented Database As a Service, and implemented a service desk web system for Managed Services department. Currently, they are a Senior Backend Engineer (R&D) at Protected Media (acquired by Flashtalking).

Andrii Skomorokhov's education history includes a Master's degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in International Information Relations from 2009 to 2013, a Specialist degree from Ternopil Academy of National Economy in Computer Systems and Networks and Cryptography from 2000 to 2005, and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from West Ukrainian National University in Artificial Intelligence since 2019.
