Serrah Thomas

Serrah Thomas has worked in the security field since 2002. Serrah began as a Team Lead/Senior Investigator/Independent Contractor for USIS/Keypoint Government Solutions/Self-employed. In 2015, they became a Special Agent for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Two years later, they transitioned to a Training Specialist for General Dynamics Information Technology. In 2019, they became an Independent Contract Investigator. Currently, they are a Personnel Security Specialist V/Team Lead for Protection Strategies Incorporated.

Serrah Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Point Park University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Managing Your Career as an Introvert from LinkedIn in September 2020.
