Christy Potokar

Christy Potokar has over 26 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Christy is currently the Director of Operations at Protective Asset Protection, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Administration at Protective Life since 2011, where they managed two administrative departments and ensured the coordination of projects. From 2002 to 2011, Christy worked at Trustmark Companies, where they held roles such as Client Manager, Service Representative, and Reinsurance and TPA Liaison. Christy also worked at Trustmark Insurance from 1995 to 2001, serving as a Supervisor and Health Claims Examiner. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in operations management, administration, project coordination, and client service within the insurance industry.

Christy Potokar obtained an Associates of Arts degree in 2007 from Columbia College. Christy has also obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution in 2021.
