Au Todd Carrier Arm

Todd Carrier began their work experience in 1995 as a Loss Control Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Todd then joined Citizens/Hanover Insurance Group in 1998 as a Loss Control Team Leader. In 2001, they moved to Zurich Insurance where they held the role of Regional Field Team Leader in Risk Engineering before becoming the Head of Customer Services & Industry Practice in Risk Engineering. In 2012, Carrier joined Protective Insurance as the Director/AVP of Risk Management, Loss Prevention & Safety. Later, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales, where they led a team of commercial insurance regional client executives and oversaw in-house P&C agency operations.

Todd Carrier attended Keene State College from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health. In terms of additional certifications, they became an Insurance Agent (Insurance Producer) through the Indiana Department of Insurance and other states in January 2019. Todd also pursued the Associate in Commercial Underwriting and Associate in Risk Management certifications through the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided. Additionally, Todd has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, although the institution and dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
