Mike Schliesmann Cpcu

Mike Schliesmann, CPCU has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mike started their career at Burns & Wilcox as a Commercial Underwriter in January 2010 and worked there until October 2012. In October 2012, they joined Protective Insurance as a Senior Reinsurance Analyst. Mike later transitioned to the role of Product Development Manager in March 2016 and then became the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting, Commercial Trucking in August 2016. In September 2018, Mike was promoted to Vice President, Product & Strategy.

Mike Schliesmann, CPCU has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Mike also holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Economics and the other in Political Science, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate In Reinsurance (ARe), Associate In Commercial Underwriting (AU), and Associate In Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).
