Beth Carter

Beth Carter is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Protective Life since July 2022, Beth previously held multiple leadership roles at State Farm ® from August 2004 to June 2022, including Director of Claims Technology and Director of Information Technology. In these positions, Beth was responsible for strategic planning, managing significant technology portfolios, and driving organizational initiatives in claims and underwriting. Beth holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Leadership from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from Middle Tennessee State University.
