Kristina Ferguson

Kristina (Tina) Ferguson is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Protective Life since September 2017. Previously, Tina held multiple operations management roles at DaVita Kidney Care and Fresh View Solutions, as well as at ESM- Student Lifecycle Solutions from 2005 to 2012. Tina began a successful career in retail as a Divisional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager at Lord & Taylor from 1994 to 2001. Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wyoming in 1994.
