Lopa Joshi

Lopa Joshi is an experienced IT and business transformation leader with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of IT Planning and Engagement at Protective Life since August 2019, Lopa specializes in strategizing and executing IT project plans across multiple divisions while managing resource conflicts and project execution. Prior to this role, Lopa held the position of Director of Business Transformation at Walgreens Boots Alliance, successfully achieving over $13M in savings through the Comprehensive Loss Transformation program. Earlier experience includes managing project development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield across several states and overseeing significant telecom divestiture projects at Motorola Solutions. Lopa holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and bachelor's and associate's degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Engineering from Somaiya Vidyavihar University and Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, respectively.
