Mike Dominguez

Mike Dominguez is an experienced sales training professional currently serving as the Lead Sales Trainer and AVP of Sales Training & Development at Protective Life since July 2011. With expertise in sales training, Mike focuses on effective new hire onboarding, selling and presentation skills tailored for both internal and external wholesalers. Prior to this role, Mike worked at The Union Central Life Insurance Company from 1997 to July 2011 as a National Sales Support Consultant and has experience across various product lines including life insurance and annuities. Earlier in Mike's career, positions included Manager of Product Marketing at the Armed Forces Benefit Association and Customer Service Representative. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from William & Mary, completed in 1993.
