Francesca Castillo

Francesca Castillo is an experienced Client Relationship Lead at Protector Forsikring ASA since October 2019, also having served as a Claims Technician. Prior to this, Francesca worked as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities included managing customer needs and coordinating with insurance companies post-accidents. Additional experience includes roles as a waitress at multiple establishments and a call center agent at Convergys. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from The University of Sheffield and completed earlier education at Aquinas College Stockport and Stockport Grammar School.
