Amanda Poole

Amanda Poole is an experienced talent professional currently serving as the Fractional Head of Talent at Protege, Fractional AI, and Arbital Health, while also holding the position of VP of Talent at Shaper Capital. At Shaper Capital, Amanda supports portfolio companies in building early teams to address data fragmentation challenges. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent at DVx Ventures, Director of Talent & Network at High Alpha Innovation, and Director of Talent & Special Projects at MetaCX. Amanda has a strong background in executive recruitment and organizational design, having contributed to numerous startup launches and team expansions. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
