Luisamar Santiago has a diverse background in communication, journalism, and customer service. Currently, Luisamar holds the position of Manager of Customer Service and Quality at Protegetuviaje.com, where Luisamar also works as a Customer Service Coordinator and Sales Consultant. Previously, Luisamar worked as a Specialist in Internal Communication at ZOOMenLinea and in press at Amazonia Films. With a degree in Social Communication, specializing in Audiovisuals, from Universidad Católica Santa Rosa, Luisamar is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at IESA.
