Desktop Support Engineer at Protego Trust

Frederick Brefokesse has a diverse work experience in the field of desktop support. Frederick started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Caldwell University in 2014, where they provided technical support for desktops and laptops. Frederick then joined the City of Newark in 2016 as an I.T Service Desk representative, where they resolved customer issues with Windows 7 upgrades, printers, and network problems.
