Farnoosh Ayoughi is currently working as an R&D Formulation Scientist at Protein Research. Previously, Farnoosh held positions at Clara Foods™ as a Food Scientist and at Ma Chocolate Co. as a Quality Control Specialist. With a Master's Degree in Dairy Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and another Master's Degree in Food Science from Tarbiat Modares University, Farnoosh has a strong background in sensory evaluation, quality control, and research in the field of food science. Additionally, Farnoosh has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Tarbiat Modares University and a Laboratory Assistant at Shahid Beheshti University.
