Suzanne started their career at MCI in 1987, where they worked in sales and business management for the commercial branch until 1999. Suzanne then joined Software Productivity Strategists, Inc. as a project manager for corporate projects involving training and performance management from 2005 to 2008. After that, they worked at EDGE Professional Services as a business manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, Suzanne joined Artech Information Systems, where they held multiple roles including client account manager, facility security officer, and manager of sales administration. From 2017, they have been working at PROTEK Consulting LLC as the director of operations, FSO.
From 1983 to 1987, Suzanne Walsh attended Towson University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communication and Speech Communication.
